How you feel about your family may at times make you feel really unheard, misunderstood and really miserable about yourself.  Your family may not understand who you are or what you need, and for these reasons you might prefer not to bring them into therapy with you.  By taking a systemic approach, however, it is possible to bring about far reaching changes within the family system without having to physically bring them into the therapeutic space.

Your own personal development and changing perspective on yourself and the family will inevitably bring about changes in how they respond and behave towards you.  You can apply this approach in all of your relationships, including relationships with partners, friends or work colleagues
